Over 65% of sub-Saharan Africa's population is under the age of 25. This is not merely a demographic statistic; it represents a significant opportunity for the Church to invest in and disciple the next generation.
The young people of Africa have immense potential to shape the future of their communities, nations, and the global Church. As we pray for a fresh move of God among this generation, may young people be awakened to Christ, equipped with truth, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to live as faithful Kingdom representatives.
Scripture: “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth...” — Ecclesiastes 12:1

The Ignites “Lead Like Jesus” Workshop represents a distinctive approach to leadership formation. Rather than simply teaching leadership principles inspired by Jesus, it challenges leaders to examine and practise the way He led—with servant's hands, a shepherd's heart, and a steward's head.
The workshop equips leaders to integrate Christlike character, servant leadership, responsibility, humility, and integrity into their leadership across schools, businesses, churches, Christian organisations, and other institutions.
As LLJ expands globally in 2026, we pray that its influence will continue to grow and that every participant will encounter Jesus in ways that produce lasting transformation.
1. Pray for divine connections and open doors.
Pray for divine connections and supernatural opportunities for LLJ to enter nations, institutions, schools, industries, and organisations where Christlike leadership is deeply needed.
Scripture: “Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it...” — Revelation 3:8
2. Pray for more facilitators and trainers.
Ask God to raise and equip more facilitators and trainers for LLJ in 2026 and beyond. Pray for faithful leaders who can reproduce the vision and multiply its impact across different regions and cultures.
Scripture: “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” — 2 Timothy 2:2
3. Pray for genuine transformation among participants.
Pray that every participant in LLJ programmes will encounter Jesus personally and that the training will go beyond leadership development to produce genuine transformation in character, values, relationships, and leadership practice.
Scripture: “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image...” — 2 Corinthians 3:18
4. Pray for abundant financial provision.
Pray for the financial resources needed to conduct LLJ workshops in schools, government institutions, businesses, churches, and community organisations, especially in underserved regions.
Scripture: “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
5. Pray against every hindrance to expansion.
Pray against discouragement, spiritual opposition, resource limitations, and every other obstacle that could hinder the effective expansion and impact of the Lead Like Jesus Workshop.
Scripture: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper...” — Isaiah 54:17
Over Lead Like Jesus, the Lord says: “When My servant-leaders enter systems, those systems will shift. I am placing them in places of influence, and through them, direction will be changed and My light will be seen.”
We declare that LLJ will raise leaders who lead with humility, integrity, wisdom, courage, and compassion. They will carry the character of Christ into every sphere of influence and become instruments of positive transformation in their families, organisations, institutions, communities, and nations.
Christlike leadership will rise, and the light of Christ will be seen through those He has called to lead.
